Orders placed before 6:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, usually ship the same business day.
DHL ground delivery
We use DHL standard ground service for most U.S. orders.

Shipping from Our West Coast Warehouse
WSTER orders are shipped from our West Coast warehouse in the United States. We currently use DHL standard ground service for most U.S. orders.
Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 6:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, will usually ship out the same business day.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays will usually ship on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–6 business days after shipment. Delivery time depends on your distance from our West Coast warehouse, carrier volume, weather, holidays, and other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Fees
Free shipping may apply to orders over $60. Shipping fees apply to orders under $60 and are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping address.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow some time for the tracking number to update after the package is handed to DHL.
