Shipping from Our West Coast Warehouse

WSTER orders are shipped from our West Coast warehouse in the United States. We currently use DHL standard ground service for most U.S. orders.

Delivery time may vary depending on your location, distance from our warehouse, carrier volume, weather, holidays, and other factors outside of our control.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 6:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, will usually ship out the same business day.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays will usually ship on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most U.S. orders are delivered within 2–6 business days after shipment.

Estimated delivery time depends on your distance from our West Coast warehouse:

West Coast / Nearby States: 2–3 business days
Central U.S.: 3–5 business days
East Coast / Farther States: 5–6 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery windows and are not guaranteed. DHL may experience delays during peak seasons, severe weather, holidays, or other carrier-related situations.

Shipping Fees

Free shipping may apply to orders over $60. Shipping fees apply to orders under $60 and are calculated at checkout based on your order total and shipping address.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow some time for the tracking number to update after the package is handed to DHL.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other conditions outside of our control.

If your tracking information shows an unusual delay, please contact us and we will help check the status of your shipment.
